By using this Website, you signify your explicit assent to this Terms of Use as well as the Website’s Privacy Policy (which is hereby incorporated by reference herein). These Terms of Use along with the Privacy Policy extends to both users, who visit the Website but do not transact business on the Website (Users / Guests) as well as users who are registered with the Website to transact business on the Website (Members). The Antara Jewellery reserves the right to modify or terminate any portion of the Website or the Services offered by the Company for any reason, without notice and without liability to you or any third party. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms of Use so that you will be apprised of changes, if any.

Product Availability and Product Information

Antara Jewellery always strives to provide the best quality of service to the consumer. In case of customized jewellery or made to order Jewellery, the final price of the product is determined once the product is completed. The weight of the made to order jewellery may have slight variation from the weight displayed while placing the order, since most of the Jewellery is handmade by our expert goldsmiths. In case the cost of made to order Jewellery is more than the amount collected at the time of placing the order, the member shall have to pay differential amount, and if the cost of the new product is less than the amount collected at the time of placing the order, Antara Jewellery shall refund the excess amount to the customer.

Infrequently, data may be inaccurately displayed on the website due to system errors. Antarajewellery.com reserves the right to correct or update the product price. The prices on the website are also subject to change without notice. For any order the price is the prevailing price on the day the order is confirmed. The prices of the products listed on the website are fixed and not negotiable. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us on eshop@antarajewellery.com.

Refunds

The refund amount re will be -credited by Antarajewellery.com in the same mode of payment which was used to make the purchase within seven (7) business days after the receipt of the product. The refund amount will be credited to the Member’s account within the time span stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit card; or Cheque or wire transfer

At the Time of Refund return or Exchange we require product unboxing video for authentication and verification purpose. Once you have received your order, please take a video of product unboxing. Without unboxing video refunds will not be processed.

Product Weight Variance

The product weight variance shall be acceptable upto 0.5%.

Pan Card and T&C

For purchase above Rs. 2 lakhs, PAN card Number must be provided upon placing the order in the manner specified by Antara Jewellery. Failure to provide the same shall result in cancellation of the order. For all domestic shipments, if the order value exceeds Rs 2 lakhs, the customer will need to enter the PAN card number and click on verify Pan card. Only upon PAN card verification the order will proceed ahead to the payment page. The billing name is supposed to be the same as the PAN card else the PAN card will not get verified and the customer will not be able to proceed ahead with the order.

 

Eligibility Criteria

If you are below 18 years of age, you are prohibited to use/purchase/contract from or with this website. Persons who are incompetent to contract within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are not eligible to use this website.

Those who choose to access this website from outside India are responsible for compliance with local laws and if to the extent local laws are applicable. In case if any Indian states prohibit direct sale of merchandise from other states and require special documentation to effect such a sale without dual taxation, if we receive an order from such states or to be delivered to such states under such circumstances, we retain the right to accept or reject the order.

RESIZING & REPAIRS

If you want to resize your ring, the company will resize it free of cost except in certain cases where the resizing is not possible.

  • If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer.
  • If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring, the differential amount shall be refunded to the customer.
  • In case of a refund, the payment of the same shall be made within 20 days of dispatch of the resized product.
  • If for some reasons, your product needs to be repaired, the company shall repair/ replace the product for charges which would be determined by the company on a case to case basis. Shipping charges under Repairs & Resizing policy shall be borne by the customer. This feature is not available for international orders (orders that will be shipped abroad from India).

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping ChargesAntara Jewellery provide free shipping across India, For specific pin code/zip code. Accessible Pin Cod and Zip code List available on the Website.

Delivery to Identify Person – At the time of placing the order, the Member shall state the full name of the recipient as stated in his/ her (recipients’) government approved photo identification. At the point of delivery, the recipient shall collect the product, by furnishing any one of the following governments approved photo identification card:

  • Aadhar Card;
  • Driver’s License
  • Permanent Account Number (PAN) card;
  • Voters Identification card; or
  • Passport.  

Delivery shall be made by the Company/ courier agent only after the photo and the name of the recipient is verified and confirmed by them. To ensure safe and secure delivery of the package the details of the government photo identification will be noted. The recipient of the package must cooperate with the courier agent by providing required and valid copies of his/ her government approved photo identification.

In case the Member wants any other person to receive the delivery on his behalf he/ she needs to specify details of the same at the point of ordering. All items shall be delivered directly to such person and under any circumstances whatsoever, the Member cannot change the recipient details after the order is processed. 

The Member has the option to change the shipping address, before the product is actually shipped. In the event the Member wishes to change the shipping address, he/ she has to log-in to his/ her user account on the website and click on the Change Shipping Address button next to the shipping address and change the address. This Change Shipping Address icon will be active only till the order status changes to Shipped. Once the order status changes To Shipped the Change Shipping Address, link becomes inactive.

All shipping charges and other local charges shall be borne by the Antara Jeweller,If minimum order value is ordered by customer. Recipient accepting delivery should carefully examine the package delivered and shall not accept deliveries where the packaging has been tampered with.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the Company/ courier agent shall try and deliver the item thrice before returning the same to Antarajewellery.com. All costs for re-shipment and handling in the case of non-delivery to the Member shall be chargeable to the Member. 

Guarantee for delivery made by the Antara Jewellery is subject to terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistency/ errors in name or address will result in non-delivery of the product.
